Recruitment Administrator - Human Resources

Description We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
