Description EXPERINCE IN JOHNSON CONTROL IS PREFERRED We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems and ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Perform inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage building maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers and contractors.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of repair supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in building maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants and contractors.
