Digital Marketing CRM Specialist

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist Patna, Bihar
Experience: 2-5 years
We are seeking a high-energy Digital Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end strategic communications, AI-enabled content creation, and high-impact social media campaigns. This role is designed for a storyteller and strategist who can bridge the gap between grassroots impact and digital visibility. You will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, managing donor outreach, and executing data-driven digital strategies to scale our social impact.
Platform Management: Oversee all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Design and run end-to-end social media campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, follower growth, and brand trust.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality short-form videos/reels, impact stories, and data-driven narratives.
Community Building: Actively engage with our digital community, including students, donors, and institutional partners.
Brand Strategy and Storytelling
Brand Voice: Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, ensuring professional and compelling messaging.
Translate field data into visual dashboards, success stories, and annual impact reports for donors.
Digital Outreach & Partnership
Ecosystem Building: Create compelling pitch decks, proposal content, and landing pages to support scaling efforts.
SEO & Web Management: Oversee website updates, blog publishing, and SEO optimization to drive organic traffic.
Required Skills & Experience-
Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing or social media management (NGO/Social Sector experience preferred).
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering (ChatGPT) and AI content tools (Synthesia, Canva AI, etc.).
Design and Video tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other video editing software.
CRM and Email Marketing tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Core Skills: Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take full ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Delivery of high-quality donor reports and storytelling assets.
Successful execution of partnership-led digital campaigns.
Improved website visibility and brand recognition in the media.
