Onsite Career Counsellor @ Speedup Infotech
Onsite – JM Road, Pune | Full-Time

React | MERN Stack | Data Science | Data Analytics | Python Full Stack
We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Admission / Career Counsellor to drive student enrollments through meaningful engagement, personalized counselling, and strategic business development.
Freshers not eligible – Experience in an IT training institute is mandatory.
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries

  • Conduct tele-counselling to guide students to the right course
  • Generate new inquiries via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission data using CRM/internal systems
  • Build strong relationships and ensure a positive enrollment experience

Prior experience in IT training institute counselling / Ed-tech admissions
Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi
Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses
Basic computer literacy & familiarity with CRM tools
Teaching / academic instruction roles

Bachelor's degree in any field (BE/BTech/BCA/B.Sc preferred)
