Production and Machine Operator

Machine Operation & Maintenance • Operate TPP (Turret Punch Press) machine ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime
- Perform lubrication and daily maintenance activities as per checklist
- Handle tool and die loading as per approved procedures
- Maintain tools, perform cleaning, minor adjustments, and report damage or wear
- Support machine setup activities with engineers/programmers
Production Quality & Inspection
- Perform First Piece Inspection (FPI), in-process inspection, and Last Piece Inspection (LPI)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs
- Record rejection data and support corrective actions for quality improvement
Programming & Process Execution
- Execute machine programs using G Codes and M Codes
- Coordinate with programmers for tool requirements, die clearance, and setup details
- Support standardization of tool setup processes
- Develop basic programming knowledge for continuous improvement
