This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in the Mohali district, with flexibility for some work from home. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and developing marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, analyzing social media performance, engaging with online communities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence.

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation

Knowledge of Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance and optimize campaigns

Experience with social media management tools and platforms

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience within the digital marketing industry is a plus

Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

Excellent social media content writing and communication skills.

Good understanding of social media KPIs.
