HR Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
Maintain attendance leave records and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.
Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee general office administration and housekeeping.
Coordinate travel arrangements accommodation and reimbursements for field staff.
Verify vouchers and ensure timely clearance every Friday for weekly submissions.
Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations.
Support management in facility upkeep and logistics coordination.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate with above 3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
Strong communication interpersonal and documentation skills.
Languages must know are Hindi English and Bengali.
Proficient in MS Office Excel and HRMS tools.
Experience in retail or multi-location workforce preferred.
Self-driven and organized with the ability to multitask.
