Sales Manager - Freight & Logistics

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution services.

In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.

Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
