Regional Manager (2 years relevant experience required)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections. Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers.

Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.

Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations.

Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.

Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
