System Integration Engineer

Responsibilities
Replace existing TibCo-based integrations with Solace PubSub+ messaging solutions.
Develop, implement, and maintain event-driven integrations and microservices.
Build and optimize Solace message flows, topics, queues, and routing patterns.
Write clean, efficient, scalable code using Java (and optionally C++).
Integrate Solace PubSub+ with internal and external systems through APIs and connectors.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and low-latency messaging.
Work with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to message delivery, configuration, or performance.
Prepare technical documentation for new integrations and migration processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong knowledge of Solace PubSub+ , event-driven systems, and messaging patterns.
- Experience migrating or integrating enterprise systems via messaging middleware.
- Familiarity with TibCo EMS or similar technologies (nice to have).
- Experience with C++ is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
