Innovation Support Officer

The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with translation needs. Additionally, the role includes conducting training sessions, delivering effective communication, and offering English language support to customers.
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Translation and English Teaching skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
