About the job
This is a completely on-field role.
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and establish the company's retail market in the assigned areas: Gurugram, Manesar, Bilaspur, and Bhora Kalan
2. Identify new retail outlets and onboard them for regular business
3. Conduct daily market visits and approach new retailers to generate orders
4. Build a strong and continuously growing retail network in the assigned territory
5. Maintain regular business with existing retailers and increase repeat orders
6. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
7. Cover maximum outlets on a daily basis and identify new potential customers
8. Build and maintain strong business relationships with retailers
9. Increase product availability and visibility across the retail market
10. Collect payments from retailers as per company policy
11. Monitor competitor brands, pricing, schemes, sales activities, and market trends
12. Collect market feedback from retailers and share regular updates with the reporting manager
13. Maintain daily reports for outlet visits, orders, sales, and collections
14. Prepare and follow a proper route plan for effective market coverage
15. Continuously expand the company's retail presence and sales in the assigned territory

Other requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, beverage, packaged drinking water, or retail sales preferred
2. Strong communication and convincing skills
3. Experience in field sales and target-based work
4. Ability to develop new retail markets and onboard new retailers
5. Good understanding of the local retail market
6. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
7. Good follow-up and negotiation skills
8. Hardworking, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work
