Technical Lead (TL) Experience: 7-10 Years Location: About the Company: Our client is a healthcare technology organization dedicated to transforming revenue cycle management through the power of artificial intelligence and data-driven insights. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (TL) to guide a software development team and drive end-to-end technical delivery. This role requires strong expertise in system design, backend development, and cloud technologies, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage and mentor engineering teams while ensuring high-quality execution.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to drive high performance and collaboration
Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot
Optimize application performance through efficient data structures and algorithms
Leverage AWS services for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management
Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database design and management
Implement Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging systems
Provide accurate effort estimation, planning, and resource allocation
Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery
Strong experience in system design and backend development
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Strong project planning and execution capabilities
Experience with JIRA reporting and analytics
Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization
Familiarity with Python for scripting or automation
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
