Description : Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Project Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Technologies, particularly in .NET C#. This role involves leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET C# and related Microsoft technologies.- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects.- Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software products.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Mandatory Skills : - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, specifically .NET C#.- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.- Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Preferred Skills : - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
