Night-time Sales Executive
Ticketing Executive (Fresher)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, assist with flight bookings, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start a career in the travel and aviation industry.
Attend inbound calls from US customers regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel inquiries.
Identify customer needs related to travel dates, destinations, and budget.
Maintain daily logs, call reports, and booking records.
Training & Development
Selected candidates will receive structured training on:
GDS and online booking systems
US client communication and sales etiquette
Company processes and performance expectations
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
Basic computer proficiency
