Alkegen is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing shared services center. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.
Conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in the HRIS system (Workday).
Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and the status of the talent pipeline.
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute insights on sourcing strategies.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Experience with US markets
Experience sourcing for technical and sales talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, Workday (desirable)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases.
