HR Support Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive strategic HR initiatives in alignment with Pinnacle Seven goals and values. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development, and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HR leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management to support organizational objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development, and compliance.
Drive the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement effective performance management processes to drive employee engagement activities and productivity.
Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Stakeholders to identify HR priorities and address organizational challenges.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture.
Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees as needed.
Manage the HR budget and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively recommend and implement improvements as needed.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum of 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in IT Industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior management, employees, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
