Assistant Restaurant Manager

We operate two premier hotels in Bhubaneswar: Pal Heights located in the city center, and Pal Heights Mantra situated on the Cuttack highway. Pal Heights is a luxury 4-star hotel adjacent to a shopping mall, making it an ideal choice for stay. Pal Heights Mantra offers cutting-edge hospitality with beautiful views of the highway and surrounding greenery. Both properties feature rooms, banquets, multiple dining outlets, coffee shops, bars, gyms, spas, swimming pools, and nightclubs, perfectly suited for business stays, honeymoons, vacations, weddings, and conferences.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our fine dinning restaurant courtyard at pal heights mantra at pahal Bhubaneswar . The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and high standards of customer service, managing food and beverage operations, training staff, and maintaining effective communication among team members and with guests.

Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Skills in Food & Beverage management
Experience in working in a restaurant of a four star hotel
Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a must
