1. Job Title: Admission Counsellor (UG/PG)
2. Experience: 0-8 Years (Freshers to Experienced)
3. Location: Noida Sector 3

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs and convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses, eligibility criteria, and the admission process
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
3. Achieve assigned admission targets
4. Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions
5. Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience

Salary: 18,000 - 35,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives Skill(s) required
Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements
Skills Required:

1. Strong communication and convincing skills
2. Target-oriented approach
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. 0–8 years of experience in admission counselling or sales (education sector preferred)
