Assistant Project Manager - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for multiple interior fitout projects.

Create and manage project documentation systems, ensuring all documents are properly organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to relevant team members.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other team members to gather and consolidate project information.

Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential issues.

Assist in the development of project execution plans, including work breakdown structures and resource allocation plans.

Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying and reporting on potential delays or conflicts. Manage the RFI (Request for Information) process, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.

Oversee the submittal process, tracking approvals and maintaining an up-to-date log.

Assist in change order management, documenting changes and their impact on project timelines and budgets.

Prepare meeting minutes and action item lists for project meetings. Develop and maintain project dashboards and KPI reports for management review.

Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure proper documentation of quality assurance processes.

Support the closeout process by compiling and organizing all necessary project documentation.
