CNC Machine Operator Manufacturing

Prepare and operate CNC machines Vertical & Horizontal lathe Machine to perform tasks such as Turning, threading drilling, grinding, milling etc.

Understand specifications of the task at hand and Inspect and Adjust working for desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

Record all measured dimension in inspection report.

Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

Inspect parts during manufacturing and maintain consistent quality.

Check the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly in compliance with quality requirements.

Write CNC Programme for VTL & Horizontal Lathe Machine

Only jobs being on machines.

Select appropriate tools for Machining jobs.

Ensure 5S Implementation through Machine shop.

Record and maintain Shift Log sheet.

Ensure Measuring instruments calibration record in VTL/Horizontal machine.

Prepare CNC programme in Macro format and canned cycles.

Education & Experience Qualifications

ITI/NCTVT with 5 years / DME with 2 years' experience.

Work experience in CNC Turning operating and programming

Must be proficient with Fanuc and siemens CNC programming

Must be able to communicate in English.
