Sales and Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CASA Sales Relationship Manager (RM) to acquire new customers and grow the CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads opening accounts maintaining customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
Generate leads through field visits references and market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance loans credit cards and investment products.
Ensure KYC and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding of customers.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of banking products and CASA sales process.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
