Senior Business Development Manager - Sustainability

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, and participating in strategic planning for business expansion.
Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying new opportunities
Ability to devise and execute effective business strategies and proposals
Experience in renewable energy or sustainability industries is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous)
Proficiency in project management and CRM software tools
