Full Time Call Handler
High Dive International is an experienced recruitment agency specializing in various sectors including fintech, edtech, banking, textile, and IT industries. This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Ludhiana. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, maintaining call records, and providing information about our services. Proficiency in using telephone systems and maintaining call records
Customer service skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
additional qualifications in communication or a related field are a plus
Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred
