As a Premier Plus Relationship Manager at HSBC, you will be at the forefront of our flagship 'Premier Banking' offering, serving as a vital link to our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. You will act as a single point of contact for Premier customers, anticipating their needs and delivering comprehensive banking and financial advisory services. Success in this role requires maintaining the highest standards of integrity, adhering to regulatory requirements, and fostering trust with both the bank and our clients.
HSBC Premier Relationship Manager
Achieve financial targets through effective client engagement and service delivery.
Client Management
Utilize client relationship management tools to keep client information accurate and up to date.
Work as part of an integrated branch management team to meet standards and deliver operating models.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support client needs and achieve performance measures.
Ensure compliance with HSBC's policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines.
Manage operational risk and adhere to sales quality requirements.
Attend mandatory training and report any unusual activities promptly.
Establish a network of internal relationships and gather feedback from colleagues and clients.
Knowledge & Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Industry Experience:
More than 5 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated success & experience in Wealth products.
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
