Undergraduate Office Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations provide administrative support and ensure smooth functioning of office processes and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
Handle correspondence emails calls and scheduling activities
Maintain office records files and documentation accurately
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Manage office supplies inventory and vendor follow-ups
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Assist management with reports data entry and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 15 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Email)
- Ability to multitask and handle routine office operations efficiently
