Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate coach and mentor teams.
- Experience in training HR or talent development roles
- Leadership qualities—decision-making discipline teamwork.
- High energy positive attitude and people-centric approach.
- Sports background (coaching captainship managing teams) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design plan and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct skill-building workshops motivational sessions and leadership development activities.
- Support and lead interview processes for interns and full-time staff.
- Plan and conduct team-building activities group exercises and culture-enhancement programs.
- Develop and manage internship pipelines.
- Conduct orientation onboarding and performance tracking for interns.
- Organize engagement activities recognition programs and internal events
