About the job
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, GMP, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs for smooth shipments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with international clients & suppliers for order/shipment updates.
- Maintain export files, shipment records, and prepare MIS reports
- Support the sales team with tenders, documentation, and market research.
- Travelling twice to three times a month(not daily) Skill(s) required
