Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Informatica & Salesforce Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office required) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring Informatica and Salesforce professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for niche and enterprise technology roles, with the ability to work closely with delivery and leadership teams to close positions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Informatica and Salesforce roles (CDI, IDMC, MDM, CDQ, Salesforce Developer, Admin, Architect, etc.). Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and delivery teams. Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor partners, and networking. Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure skill alignment before submission. Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, and offer closures. Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations. Maintain accurate data in ATS / trackers and ensure recruitment hygiene. Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines. Support both lateral hiring and project-based staffing needs. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment. Proven experience in Informatica and Salesforce hiring (mandatory). Strong understanding of IT skillsets and technology roles. Excellent sourcing, screening, and closure skills. Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Experience with contract and full-time hiring is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience hiring for Data, Cloud, Integration, and CRM technologies. Experience working with offshore and onshore hiring models. Familiarity with vendor management and partner coordination. Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
