Extensive hands-on experience of 10-30 years in production environments, with a strong record of technical proficiency and leadership.
Comprehensive ability and certification in cranes operations, including routine handling and critical lifts. (In-depth knowledge of equipment calibration, with the ability to maintain accuracy and reliability of production machinery.
Proven experience implementing and conducting preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
Solid foundation in quality assurance methodologies, contributing to consistent product excellence and adherence to standards.
Proficiency in PLC programming for the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated industrial equipment.
Oversee and operate production equipment, including compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Conduct routine cranes operations while ensuring all safety protocols and operational procedures are strictly followed.
Perform precise equipment calibration and maintain detailed records to ensure the optimal performance of production machinery.
Execute and improve preventive maintenance tasks to maximize production uptime and mitigate unexpected failures.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of product standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing production delays and collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
