Billing & Invoicing
Ensure timely collection of dues from clients.
Record all expenses (flowers, fabrics, props, lighting, logistics).
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage payments to vendors, suppliers, and freelancers.
Track money owed by clients (accounts receivable).
Bookkeeping & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate financial records (daily transactions, ledgers).
Record cash flow, bank transactions, and petty cash usage.
Organize receipts and financial documents.
Financial Reporting
Prepare profit & loss statements for each event/project.
Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Tax Compliance
Calculate and file taxes (GST, TDS, etc., Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Payroll Management
Process salaries for staff, decorators, and temporary workers.
Handle reimbursements and allowances.
Cost Control & Profit Analysis
Help in pricing future projects more effectively.
Work with the design and operations teams to estimate decor costs.
Support management in financial decision-making. Accounting MS-Excel MS-Office Tally
