About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from traders, manufacturers, retailers, restaurants, and service businesses.
- Make outbound calls/WhatsApp outreach and qualify leads
- Schedule and deliver product demos (Zoom/in-person)
- Understand customer billing + inventory problems and pitch the BillBandhu solution
- Close deals, complete onboarding, and coordinate with the support team
- Maintain lead pipeline and daily updates in CRM/Sheet
- Follow-up to improve conversions and reduce drop-offs
- Collect feedback from customers to improve product/feature priorities Skill(s) required
