We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. This role requires a high-energy individual to generate leads, initiate cold calls, conduct meetings, and attend expos and conferences to promote our EPR services. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with consultants for credit trading and incentives while working towards sales targets to drive business growth in the EPR sector.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads within the corporate and industrial sectors, focusing on businesses that need EPR solutions including brands, producers and manufacturers.
Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate and manage cold calls, emails, and other forms of outreach to prospective clients to introduce our EPR services and solutions.
Represent Climeto at industry expos, conferences, and events to network with potential clients and promote the company's services.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with consultants to strategize and implement credit trading programs, manage client incentives, and guide clients through the process of EPR compliance.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to EPR services and credits trading.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the EPR landscape to ensure Climeto remains a top choice for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the sales manager on progress and achievements.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sustainability, waste management, or environmental services sectors.
Ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and build relationships with clients.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Experience in working with consultants and understanding credit trading and incentives in the EPR context is an added advantage.
A proactive and independent worker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the environmental services industry.
