Head of Sales (Director) Full Time

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Kozhikode. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include setting team goals, providing coaching and feedback, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives. Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively

Proficient Sales and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and meet revenue goals

Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience in E-learning, arts education, or related industries is a plus
