The Scrum Master II serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. Facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Promoting Lean-Agile principles and maintaining a culture of trust and collaboration. Coaching teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum practices. Partnering with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. Tracking progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Commercial Insurance and P&C systems knowledge - Entry Level
