- Role: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts, Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 6+ years
Preference: CA Inter preferred ; The incumbent will ensure financial compliance, due diligence, and effective financial management for donor-funded projects and implementation partners. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including FCRA, Income Tax, CSR, and GST for non-profit entities.
Due Diligence: Lead financial assessments for new and existing partners to evaluate financial health, governance, and compliance capabilities.
Donor Financial Management: Manage the full grant lifecycle, including budgeting, variance analysis, and the timely submission of financial reports to donors.
Monitor fund flow and financial performance of implementation partners through periodic reviews and field visits.
Audit Support: Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
Prepare consolidated financial summaries and dashboards for senior management and donors.
Inter CA, MBA (Finance), ICWA, or an equivalent degree in Finance.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in finance and accounts functions; experience in the non-profit sector or consulting is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of FCRA, GST, and CSR compliance frameworks.
Tools: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
