About the job
We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and growth-focused digital marketing specialist to lead performance marketing and user acquisition for our crowdfunding and donation platform. If you have strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, conversion optimization and performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you. If you have a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns, optimizing acquisition costs, and driving measurable impact for social causes, this role is for you. Your core objective will be to minimize donor acquisition cost (DAC) while scaling donor engagement, campaign reach, and overall donation volume.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), and relevant digital channels
2. Manage performance budgets efficiently to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and scale high-performing campaigns
3. Leverage Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and attribution modeling to measure performance and generate actionable insights
4. Design and execute structured A/B tests for ad copy, visual creatives, targeting segments, and landing page layouts
5. Set up and monitor Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and tracking systems
6. Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights
7. Test different creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
8. Manage multiple fundraising campaigns across different social causes and categories Skill(s) required

1. Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Prior experience in crowdfunding, non-profits)
2. Technical mastery: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and funnel analytics tools
3. Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills with a core focus on metrics, acquisition costs, and ROI
4. Creative alignment: Understanding of audience psychology, compelling copywriting, and visual messaging that inspires action and trust
5. Location - Mumbai (Work from office or work from home; both options)
