Customer Service Executive

We provide our services to Harmony United Psychiatric Care, a US-based Healthcare Company. As we continue to grow, we seek a talented candidate to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Customer Service department. Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns. You will ensure that our clients receive outstanding service and have a positive experience with our company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our healthcare services
Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided
Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience
Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights
At least 5 years of experience in international voice calling.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and driving customer satisfaction
