SAP Testing Consultant

Job Title : Senior Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Quality ManagementExperience : 8+ YearsLocation : BangaloreWork Mode : HybridAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA SCM Quality Management (QM) Senior Consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Quality Management processes within S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise in QM and hands-on experience across full implementation lifecycles.Experience Required : - 8+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 3 - 4 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA QM (Quality Management).Key Responsibilities : - Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, and design workshops for SCM Quality Management processes.- Configure S/4HANA QM modules including inspection planning, inspection lot processing, quality notifications, and certificates.- Integrate QM with other SCM modules such as MM, PP, and SD (e.g., quality inspections in procurement, production, and sales/delivery processes).- Support master data setup : inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, sampling procedures, catalogs, and code groups.- Drive testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and support cutover/go-live activities.- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports (working with ABAP teams as needed).Required Skills : - Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM).- Experience with QM integration across MM (Procurement), PP (Production), and SD (Sales & Distribution).- Hands-on experience with inspection lots, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions, and certificates of analysis.- Solid understanding of end-to-end SCM processes and how QM fits within them.- Experience with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.- Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.Good to Have : - Exposure to SAP QM-related integrations with LIMS, EHS, or third-party quality systems.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Quality Management.- SAP certification in QM or S/4HANA.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).
