It will be a remote position so location of the candidate doesn’t matter about current location, (Open) Shift will be 3.00 PM to 12 AM including 1 hr break… Monday to Friday.
Educational background: B Tech ,M Tech, BCA, MCA…
Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on virtualization administration experience
4+ years of direct experience with Proxmox VE in production environments Strong Linux administration skills (Debian/Ubuntu preferred, RHEL experience valuable)
Experience with Ceph distributed storage or ZFS in enterprise environments Proficiency with shell scripting (bash) and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
Experience with VM migration projects and P2V/V2V conversions Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, bridges, and software defined networking
Experience with high-availability clustering and failover configurations Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to leverage AI tools for problem-solving and automation
Nice to Have: VMware experience (vSphere, ESXi) for migration projects Experience with Proxmox API automation and Terraform Ansible or other configuration management experience
Certifications (Linux+, RHCSA, or vendor-specific virtualization certs) Container technologies (LXC, Docker, Kubernetes)
