The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include training and managing team members, supervising food and beverage operations, and ensuring the café meets quality and hygiene standards. Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure excellent guest experiences and effective team collaboration
Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
Previous experience in hospitality or café management is preferred
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
