Job Title: Area Manager – LAP (Individual Role)
Industry: Premium NBFC | Secured Lending
CTC: 12 – 18 LPA (based on experience & performance)
We are hiring Area Managers for the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This is a pure individual contributor role , responsible for driving business volumes, managing channel relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality within the assigned geography.
Drive Prime LAP business through DSA, connectors, and open market sourcing
Source quality LAP cases and ensure healthy portfolio performance
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth case closures
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain strong market visibility and local brand presence
4-8 years of experience in secured lending
- Mandatory experience in Prime LAP / LAP / Mortgage products
- Hands-on experience with DSA & channel-led sourcing
Backed by a strong legacy group with long-term stability
