We call it paperless Nirvana!Our product catalogue currently includes- A Video KYC onboarding solution leveraged with ML and AI techniques.- A digital stamping & franking product for real-time online stamp duty payment.- An eSign workflow solution offering both Aadhaar eSign & digital signatures.- A Smart contract lifecycle management via automated document creation, Online negotiation, paper-free execution & centralized storageAbout the Role : Melento is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the design and development of our cutting-edge workflow automation and documentation products. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the MEAN stack and possess a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.Technical Leadership : Define, design, and implement the technical architecture for new and existing Melento products, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.- MEAN Stack Expertise : Act as the subject matter expert for the entire MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack, providing guidance, establishing best practices, and driving complex technical decisions.- Code Quality & Standards : Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and perform rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency across all development teams.- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues in the application and database layers, ensuring efficient operation under high load.- Security Focus : Design systems with security best practices inherent in the architecture, especially concerning data protection, compliance (e.g., related to KYC, eSign, eNACH), and secure API development.- Must-Have Skills : - Experience : Minimum of 6+ years in software development with at least 2+ years in managing a team.- Deep, hands-on expertise with all components of the MEAN stack : MongoDB : Advanced knowledge of schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and scaling.Express.js/Node.js : Proven ability to build highly scalable, asynchronous, and event-driven backend services.Angular : Expert-level proficiency in building complex, stateful single-page applications (SPAs).- System Design : Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, design patterns, and best practices for cloud-native applications.- Cloud Proficiency : Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Containerization & CI/CD : Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and setting up and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.- Database : Solid experience with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases, including optimization and migration strategies. (
