Production Engineer (Fabrication)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
Ensures the operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.
Leading capacity planning and resource optimization, Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation
Completes assignments and projects on time. Assists management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and over-seeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift

Education:- Bachelor's Degree (E&E or E&C )

• 5+ years of work experience in Production & Planning in Drive's /LT Panels manufacturing
• Thorough understanding or the ability to quickly learn production operations & excellent supervisory, leadership, time management skills with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• proven track record in leading continuous improvements projects. Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components
• Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements, Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications
• Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and person-nel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team Panels and SAP knowledge is an advantage
