We are looking for a skilled Freelance Editor to review, refine, and polish written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high editorial standards. The ideal candidate has a strong command
of language, a keen eye for detail, and experience editing various content types — including
blogs, articles, reports, social media posts, or marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit written materials for grammar, punctuation, and overall flow.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content.
• Fact-check and verify accuracy of information.
• Collaborate with writers and content creators to improve clarity and engagement.
• Adapt editing style according to content type (technical, marketing, creative, etc.).
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

• Proven experience as an editor, copy editor, or content editor (freelance or in-house).
• Excellent command of English grammar and language conventions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, or client-specific).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• (Optional) Experience editing for digital platforms such as blogs, websites, or social media.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, Google Docs, or MS Word.
• Understanding of SEO and web writing best practices.
