Senior Manager Performance Marketing

GladOwl's services include search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, online reputation management, and much more. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing located in Pune. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. The Senior Manager will analyze campaign performance, develop strategies to optimize ROI, manage budgets, and lead a team to execute advertising strategies. They will also be responsible for performance tracking, reporting, and driving lead generation through innovative online marketing strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively.
Experience in Performance Management and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Proficiency in Training team members and fostering skill development.
Expertise in Budgeting, including allocation, tracking, and optimizing marketing expenditures.
Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and performance marketing strategies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
