Recruitment Executive - Freelance

Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure they attract suitable candidates.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and interview guides.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's brand.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online job boards.
Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
