Java Technical Architect

Our technology services client is seeking multiple Pega System Architect- Java to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Location: Pune
Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Job Description:

Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Pega 8.5 aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable Pega applications.
Integrate Decision Hub and customer journey frameworks for intelligent decision-making processes.
Utilize Java and SQL for customization, integration, and data management.
Ensure strong UI/UX design principles within Pega applications for optimal user experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in the banking and financial services domain, particularly in KYC and compliance processes.
Participate in architecture reviews, performance tuning, and code optimization.
Maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Experience in Decisioning / Next Best Action (NBA) using Pega Decision Hub.
Strong understanding of banking workflows and regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
