Customer Service Executive (m/f/d)

Rs 2.5 - 4.5 lakhs p.a.

Job Overview: We are actively hiring enthusiastic and performance-driven professionals for an international voice role focused on customer interactions and account resolution. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, target-oriented, and eager to build a strong career in the global customer service space.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer interactions with a professional and persuasive approach
Engage with customers to address pending account-related concerns and provide suitable solutions
Negotiate and guide customers toward mutually beneficial outcomes
Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the system
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets including productivity and quality metrics
Follow compliance guidelines and ensure ethical communication at all times
Build rapport with customers while maintaining a results-driven approach

Eligibility Criteria:
SSC/HSC with a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Confident, assertive, and target-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs

Compensation & Incentives:
Freshers in this domain: 22,000 – 35,000 in-hand
Experienced candidates: Up to 38,000 in-hand
Unlimited performance incentives (high earning potential)
Training incentives up to 10,000

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days working
  • 2 rotational week offs
