Description :About the job :Job Description :Digitex Technologies is looking for a Full-time Testing Engineer with Knowledge in Manual Testing, Test Case Design, and Mysql.Key Responsibilities :- Perform manual and automated testing of Laravel-based applications and WordPress websites/plugins.- Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.- Identify, record, and track bugs, issues, and inconsistencies using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.- Verify front-end and back-end functionality, including APIs, database operations, and integrations.- Test themes, plugins, and custom modules for WordPress to ensure compatibility and performance.- Validate cross-browser and cross-device responsiveness.- It includes MacOS, iOS, Windows, Linux compatibility check.- Conduct regression testing, UAT, performance, and security testing as needed.- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software.- Ensure adherence to QA standards and provide feedback for process improvements.Required Skills :- Strong knowledge of Laravel framework testing (PHPUnit, Pest, Laravel Dusk).- Experience testing WordPress core, plugins, and custom themes.- Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics (for debugging and verification).- Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright preferred).- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).- Familiarity with performance and security testing tools (e., Lighthouse, OWASP ZAP).- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Perks And Benefits :- 5 days working- Paid Sick leave- Competitive salary package- Work with the latest upgradationSkills : wordpress,ci,security testing,testing (ref:hirist.tech)
